Quality testimonials were somewhat difficult to source from here. Maybe 10-20% were usable. But you can increase that % if you set them up for success by adding talking points, prompts, and most importantly:
You should DEFINITELY provide examples of what youβre looking for. The more complex the content you ask for, the lower your response rate will be, and the more people will fuck it up.
You can and should also add questions to this page in order to understand your customer better, improve your product/experience, and get better.
