Patrushev is considered Putin's foremost geopolitical adviser but he is full of bizarre conspiracy theories & rarely comes close to reality. This was only the first quarter of his interview, but he seems in need of mental care or at least some knowledge.
US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan calls Patrushev regularly. Why? Why talk to such a nutcase? Better to let him know that he is not sufficiently serious for a serious conversation.
