As you can see from the picture Dubai has been fun!
I met a lot of great people like @julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77
@JoeJMarston @domm_1997 @ElecTr1fy1 and more
And quite frankly I did party a lot
But now it's back to business...

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 1. Clear the air 🌥️
You lose productivity when your judgment is clouded and you actively need to think about what tasks you need to do
Plan out your tasks ahead of time and bring clarity and focus to your mind
Work becomes 1000x easier once you have a clear target

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 This is where I open the Notes app on my Mac and dump all the tasks I need to do
No organization, no prioritization, just consolidate all your tasks in one place

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 2. Prioritization
Once you've got all your tasks written out, it's time to prioritize
Personally, at the end of 2021, I created a roadmap of the big goals/tasks I want to reach every month/quarter in 2022
I use this as my northern star to help prioritize my tasks

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 I like to prioritize by importance:
1) Deep Work Tasks
2) Important / Urgent Tasks
3) Urgent / Unimportant Tasks
4) Unurgent / Unimportant (Misc Tasks)
5) Waiting (Tasks where I'm waiting on others, for example, graphic designers)

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 3. Open your calendar and commit
I take the tasks I've laid out and commit specific times of the day to complete them
This helps me commit a specific timeframe to a task and focus on one thing at a time

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 4. Change your environment
If I feel like I can't work at my desk, I go to a coffee shop
If that doesn't work, I'll go to a co-working space

@julian_lohse99 @CarlWeische @JemBourouhDE @LarsSchrder77 @JoeJMarston @domm_1997 Changing environments is something me and my business partner have seen to help keep productivity high and push you through times when you lack motivation
Try it for yourself!
