Marrying in Kaafir countries in the Hanbali madhab:
1) It's haram to marry a Christian or Jew in kaafir lands
2) It's haram to get married at all without a necessity, such as fear of zina
3) If one marries due to necessity, it is recommended that they avoid having children

Presumably, the same reasoning would apply to marrying in Muslim countries then bringing your wife to the kaafir country, though I haven't seen an explicit statement on this in the books of the madhab
