If you want to get your child outside more, read this:

Most people know their kids are spending too much time inside.
The problem is they don’t take the RIGHT steps to get their kids outside.
Telling your kids every once in a while to “go play outside” isn’t enough.
Let’s talk about how to do this the right way.
1. Go Outside Yourself.
Most people will admit that they’re not going outside enough themselves.
No surprise, the kids will be following your lead in this area.
If you want your kids to go outside, go outside yourself and bring them.
2. Let Them Pick An Activity
Have your kids pick an outside activity that they want to do.
It could be gardening, sports, bike riding, walking…whatever it is, allow them to choose.
when your child picks the activity they are more likely to stick to it.
3. Play Dates Outside
When you set up a time to play with other kids make sure it's outside.
The kids play enough video games inside, and plan to go to the park or on a hike or ride bikes.
This is a simple way to get everyone moving outside.
4. Consistent Spot
Have a safe and inconsistent spot where you take the kids on a regular basis.
Having this safe spot will allow you to feel more comfortable letting the kids roam independently.
If your kids don’t feel safe they’re not going to enjoy themselves and won't want to go again.
5. Buy Outside Toys
When you don’t have outside toys it’s very difficult to invite your kids to play outside.
When you have chalk and jump ropes and water guns and soccer balls.
It's easier for the kids to drop the video games to do something they enjoy.
6. Outside Jar
This is a cool idea I read about a while ago.
On a piece of paper write 25 or 30 outdoor activities your kids want to do.
Cut the activities out and put them into a jar.
once a day or once a week pull out one of the activities to do.
Simple.
7. Make It Daily
Parents will have requirements their kids will have to complete before they can play video games.
Chores, reading, homework, etc.
Make playing outside a requirement before they can play video games.
8. Do Things Outside
Buy an outdoor table and have the kids do their homework, crafts, and games outside.
Use that same table to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This is a simple way to turn normal inside activities into outside ones.
9. Hide The Game System
This one works really well especially if you want to piss your kids off.
Hide the game system and pretend like you have no idea what happened to it.
Tell him to go outside and act out the video game instead of playing it. 🤣
Conclusion:
In our modern living, you won’t spend a lot of time outside unless you intentionally make it happen.
pick one or two of these suggestions and put them into practice and before you know it your family will be outside every single day.
