Pointers to understand put call ratio use in easy language -
A thread.. Do retweet -
1. In trading I personally use it only on the extreme ranges.
2. Put call ratio below 0.70 is oversold and buying is in favour as per risk reward.
3. Put call ratio above 1.65-70 is overbought and selling is in favour as per risk reward.
4. It should never be used on the weekly or monthly expiry days. It has low probability of working on expiry days.
Do retweet for maximum reach. Also do comment any other concept you want me to simplify.
