At times like the present, when people are nervous, be careful of people who spread misinformation. They want to make a quick profit by separating you from your coins.

The number of AVAX coins held by LFG is too small to matter.
The maximum number of AVAX that can ever be minted is 720m. This has never changed.
Terra's failure is specific to the way UST/LUNA worked, where infinite Luna could be minted. A similar failure cannot happen with AVAX, ETH or SOL.
Avalanche has worked flawlessly through some intense traffic, while other networks frequently stop and some go backwards on a daily basis.
Where Avalanche is today is a distant dream for many other chains. Some require massive upgrades to get to where Avalanche was 1.5 years ago. Others "require advanced research" (aka no one knows how to do it) to deliver their promises.
Subnets are a practical way to scale horizontally. #Avalanche has cleared an average of 1.2M transactions per day over the last week. More than Ethereum.
Crucially, despite this increase in volume and despite dynamic fees, there has been a significant reduction in gas fees across Avalanche. Average gas prices have not exceeded 40 nAVAX ($.025) all week.
When L2s become trustless and decentralized, they will just work on #Avalanche. Once the inherent problems of rollups are addressed, rollup subnets would be an interesting addition. ZK rollups are particularly promising in this regard.
Overall, a huge thank you to everyone in the Avalanche Community that has never slowed down. Together we have already achieved so much, and yet, the potential ahead of us is far greater than everything we’ve done to-date.
Oh, and one last point. The builders who manifest change never stop, regardless of the FUD and divisive rhetoric that grows stronger in times of market skittishness.
