I went from $0 with email marketing to over $50k/month using 3 automations
Here’s the 4 step framework for you to replicate:
Before we begin…
If you haven’t read my step-by-step thread on how I make $400k/month from a webinar funnel, check it out.
This thread won’t make sense to you if you haven’t read the other one.

Now let’s dive in…
1. The Webinar
During my weekly webinar and:
• Teaching the attendees
• Removing their limiting beliefs
• Empowering them to take action
Around 20% of people who signed up will attend.
And 20% of people who attended bought my $997 program…
Meaning 80% didn’t show up for the webinar OR they did but didn’t buy.
Why would I waste those thousand leads?...
Exactly, that’s why I set up email automations to RETARGET them.
One before the webinar. Two after the webinar.
And ima bout to show you how to do the same…
2. The Pre Webinar Sequence
Imagine you opted in on Monday for my webinar on Sunday…
Pretty long wait, right? That’s 6 days of work, grocery shopping, taking care of family etc
Meaning they won’t remember to attend.
Unless… they receive consistent reminders from me.
I set up the “Pre Webinar Sequence”...
It’s 9 emails that are activated as soon as they opt into the webinar…
Sending 1 email a day and 3 emails on the webinar day.
You may think this is ANNOYING for the subscriber. That they’re getting hit with reminders every day…
But remember, this is WARM traffic who want to attend your webinar.
They just need email reminders to actually turn up.
Here’s what the sequence looks like...
3. The “Did Not Attend” Post Webinar
Every week, I get 6,000-8,000 people signed up for my webinar…
And 20% attend (around 1,200-1,600 people)...
Meaning 4,800 - 6400 DON’T attend my webinar...
That’s THOUSANDS of potential leads I’m missing out on.
Even if it converted at 0.5%, that’s still 24-32 sales.
This is why I have the “Did Not Attend” automation…
A 4 email sequence re-targeting the non webinar attendees…
And selling them on “Rewatching My Webinar”.
…Doing this re-engages THOUSANDS of people, giving them an opportunity to buy my high ticket offer.

4. The “Did Not Buy” Post Webinar
The sequence that makes me over $30k/month…
And gives people who DID attend the webinar (but didn’t buy) another chance to enroll in my program.
As soon as they finish the webinar (but don’t buy), the 6 emails get activated:
Let’s run some quick math…
On average, 400-800 people attend my webinar…
And 30-50 actually buy my program…
Meaning between 390-750 people:
• Saw my high ticket offer
• Got nurtured in my webinar
• Received 2 hours of free game
But didn’t pull the trigger to buy…
Usually, it’s because of objections about:
• “What if it doesn’t work for me”
• Being too “busy” or lacking the “funds”
So the “Did Not Buy” email sequence overcomes these objections in writing…
And pushes them over the edge to invest in my high ticket offer.
On top of that, I send 5 emails/week to my list:
1x Free Game Friday (straight value)
2x High ticket (DR heavy)
2x Webinar promos
This squeezes out another $20k-$30k/month.
In summary:
The "Pre Webinar" sequence: REMINDS you to attend.
The “Did Not Attend” email sequence: Offers you to watch back my webinar and possibly buy.
The “Did Not Buy” email sequence: Overcomes objection after the webinar and pushes non-buyers to make the purchase.
