In this Universe, there are two types of existences. Contingent and Necessary existences.
Contingent things:
1. They are Dependent on something else for their existence (e.g. Humans depend on their Parents, Phones depend on Designers etc)
2. They are made up of parts and pieces (e.g. Humans are made of bones, Car's are made of Metal etc.)

3. They could have been different and can be rearranged (e.g. A Navy Suit could have been a Black Suit, you can also rip the sleevs off to rearrange it)
For an effect to take place, there needs to be one cause.

For ex, if I had a Gun but to shoot it (and produce an effect) I had to ask my manager, and he had to ask his manager, and he had to ask his manager and this went on for infinity then I would never be able to shoot the Gun and therefore would never be able to produce an effect.
Too shoot it, and to produce an effect, the chain of Infinity needs to stop somewhere at one single person, only then I will be able to produce an effect and shoot. So for an effect to take place, its causes CANNOT go on for Infinity, it needs to stop somewhere
Now back to Contingent things. Contingent things are dependent on something else for their existence. If we only had Contingent things in the Universe, then they would depend on something else, that contingent thing would depend on something else, that would depend on something
else and this would go on for infinity. As I said before an effect can't have infinite causes, it needs to stop somewhere.
We exist and are therefore an effect, so logically we can't keep having Infinite causes and the causes need to stop at something,

for the causes to stop somewhere the things that it stops at therefore can't be Contingent/Dependent or else the causes won't stop.
This thing has to be the opposite of Contingent things. We need a Necessary being that is Independent to prevent Infinite Regress

A Single Necessary being is required to prevent Illogical Absurdity and Infinite Regress. The Necessary being must have these Qualities: ๐

1. The Necessary being must be One and Independent and can't depend on anything
2. The necessary being has to be Eternal: If the Necessary being was not Eternal and therefore was finite that would mean the being had a beginning therefore it depended on something else

3. The Necessary being must not made of parts/pieces therefore he will look nothing we know of, he is Unique and there is therefore nothing like him. If he was made of parts then he would depend on his parts for his existence and therefore wouldn't be Necessary/Independent
and would become Contingent
A Necessary Being with those Qualities must exist for him to remain independent and there is no other logical option. These are the Qualities he must have logically to explain how the Universe came into existence.

If you agree there is a Necessary being then you believe in the Islamic version of God. Islamically those exact Characteristics are the characteristics that God possesses as we see in Surah Ikhlaas chapter 112.

If you believe in a necessary being, which you must do as there is no other option then you automatically believe in the Islamic Version of God!
