Poll concluded. One thing I come away wondering is whether “my body my choice” is actually /possible/ in a world where womens’security is provided by supermajority men. The leverage here is probably too high to recognize a fundamental right.
It does not even require coercion
by others to produce a different situation, IMO. Men merely exercising their own “my body my choice” to not endanger themselves can produce a very unstable social world.
This is a layer of the social contract I think we are bad at recognizing
Overall, my point is to show that we make practical claims upon the bodies of one another for both the production of security and the production of a future, which are codependent and perhaps the most fundamental layer within the social contract.
The production of drones and artificial wombs atomizes our deepest layer of that contract, and will have massive implications on the social structures.
