It's just not profitable or fashionable in the US to prioritize women's health, so clinics that once specialized in them instead offer up advice on how to claim a transgender identity, and to buy the clinic's products.
This is the state of US women's clinics, that Planned Parenthood, once considered the vanguard for centering women's reproductive health, is pushing medical transitioning onto women at the very same time that they are losing their rights to abortion.
It doesn't stop there. Planned Parenthood offers resources for talking to children about medical transitioning, as though it is natural and harmless to confuse children about their bodies or introduce powerful and toxic drugs.

If gender identity progresses as it is currently going in the US, women are going to be left with no abortion clinics, but instead those which sell them testosterone, recommend mastectomies, or harvest their eggs and use them as "gestational carriers".
