3x your productivity by making sleep your superpower.
Here's what 15 years & $10k of experiments have taught me:
1) Ditch the screens, all of them.
2) Your bedroom is for sleep & sex.
3) Buy a wake-up light or old-school alarm clock.
4) Sleep cool, dark, quiet & ventilated. Consider earplugs, a sleep mask, or tools like @eightsleep if needed.

6) Have regular sleep & waking times.
7) Postpone your morning coffee by 60-90min
8) Start your circadian rhythm with early morning sunlight.

10) Daily exercise & fresh outside air.
11) Daily meditation or yoga nidra (NSDR).
12) Eliminate screens & bright overhead light 90min before bed.

14) A nightly pee is OK. Do it dark & quiet.
15) If falling asleep takes >20min, get up & read.
16) Try stretching, cleaning up, or journaling before bed.
