This ShivaLinga is auspicious for performing the “Pradosha Vratam” meaning worshipping of shiva 1.5hrs before sunset and 1.5hrs after sunset (a total of 3 hrs) on Trayodashi (13th day) of Krishna paksha or Shukla Paksha.
