How to hit $100k Days✅ Without Getting Lucky!
Here are 20 actionable steps & the 3 core foundations to help you make $100k in ONE DAY!

Building Community:
Identify your biggest supporters & filter your Shopify sales to identify anyone with 6+ purchases or $1,000+ spent.
Give them a sense of responsibility: You can call them and offer them to be admins of your fb group in exchange for money or FREE Gear!

Flood your group with engaging members: Your purchasers must join this group for retention. Give discounts & do giveaways in the group - Tell them about upcoming product drops, offers & discounts. Encourage your members to give free value to your community

Auto-capture emails: There is software out there that can scrape 70% of the emails on your landing page views for $.3 - $.5 per email. Use these lists for RM - Don't email them!

STOP Email spamming. Start doing Messenger ads instead. My best offer was 2 units of my product in exchange for the prospect's # and for messenger opt-ins. These have the highest Open rates I've ever seen
Ads Strategy:
Omni channel remarketing: Remarket all website visitors and reengage with them on Google, YT, FB, Tiktok, and Snapchat. You need multiple platforms to hit $100k per day, or else you are leaving money on the table.

Customize your creatives per platform: Instagram engagers respond better to ads on Instagram placements instead of FB. Know your audience!
Run specific placements for reels, stories, feed posts, etc.

Your conversions are sales along your funnel:
Your prospect starts by being informed about your product, then they move into the consideration phase. Your customers see your ads or your website about 7 times before making their first purchase.
Ads Strategy:
Funnels: Take your winning ads and test different stages of the funnel for them: Top, middle, and bottom. You can also put them together in the same ad set. TOF ad example: Did you know ... BOF example: Limited Quantities!

Demographic testing: Understand your customer avatar by, testing creatives & audiences with Europeans, African-American, southern, northen, accents, Tattoos, male, female, bisexual, caption vs no caption diff. ages, genders, & income levels on the audience level.

The same ad funnel & ad set respond differently under different budgets because of the different auctions you get placed in
Duplicate your winners and start budget testing : Let the whole budget spend: From $50 to $80 to $100 to $150 to $280 to $350 to $500.

$1 method: I have personally scaled the $1 ad set method to $10k budget in the same day. I even did a $200k weekend, $200k days, $399k days and more over and over.
Post 100 random ad sets with different lookalikes. Let it spend on $1/day budget for 7-10 days.
Ads Strategy:
$1 method (2): Analyze which ad sets brought the most sales, and have the closest CPM / CTR / CPC. Group scale it on $5 ad sets for 1-3 days before killing and relaunch on $1 budgets the failed $5 ad sets
Ads Strategy:
$1 method (3): Group all the winning $5 budgets in a CBO with a $150 budget. Increase the budget day by day to your winning budget or start the CBO with your winning budget.
Manual Bidding:
Duplicate the CBO with a $1000 budget and set the bidding type to whatever has worked best for you: Target roas, cost / bid cap. I recommend Bid caps for beginners. Watch Ben Malul's course for more info on bid caps

Monitor and change bids accordingly only after the campaign has spent a minimum of $200. Give it 3-5 days before turning off. Decrease bids to spend less and increase to let it spend more

Aim for 30% spend of the total budget that has been set. Once you have something that’s working - duplicate it 5 times and now it's time to get to testing

Test at which time it’s best to launch your scaling ad sets: starting at 4AM to 10AM, every hour fire 5-10 duplicates. Don’t be scared to be losing money in the early hours of the morning

Use the winning hour for all future scaling, and duplicate your winners and change the bidding type to either Min. Roas, bid cap or cost cap. In my experience, bid cap is best for aggressive scaling, minimum roas is most profitable, & cost cap is most scalable

By now you should be spending $5-$7k per day. You can alternate the ads within your top spenders so you have a backup in case anything fails. Test new interest audiences with copy that talks to the audience

Perfect your backup plan and RM. Create 1 day and 7 day remarketing campaigns. This would free up testing budget. Use the extra budget to test more ads and more audiences, example: Attention Veterans ! Attention (int. Name) enthusiasts!
