Here's why you always feel empty
Constantly feeling lonely around people? Like you've lost your way? Like nothing makes sense?
The truth is despite how much money you make, how many degrees you have, how popular or good-looking, some days you just feel empty. And I'll show you why you feel this way.
You've not fully figured out who you are
When you lose touch of who you are, this emptiness comes up.
Work, relationships, and raising children can make you feel like a shadow of yourself.
This is why alone time is necessary because it helps you feel energized again.
You have no meaningful relationships.
Isolation is bad. And as much as distance and solitude is encouraged today, it can be problematic in the longterm.
We all need people to build deep relationships with.
But it's never about the quantity but quality. So be intentional.
You have not made peace with the past.
Depression comes from living in the past. You failed? Were abused? Cheated on? Humiliated?
These are painful experiences but letting them define you will keep you miserable.
Make your peace with those limiting beliefs.

Write about how the event made you feel. Why you're still stuck on it. And an ideal mind frame you want to be in.
You don't have anything to look forward to
- Something meaningful to do
- Someone to love
- Something to look forward to
These are the keys to a happy life.
We need meaningful work to feel like we're contributing positively to the world...
We need aspirations to give us a sense of hope. We need relationships to make life interesting.
And when you combine these areas, you save yourself from being bored and empty all the time.
But no one can bring you out of your emptiness. You have to start the work in yourself.
