2. However, to be decisive we need to overcome the natural urge to procrastinate.
3. The urge to procrastinate is based on fear of failure.
4. To overcome this, you need to recognise that your work is not your worth.
5. It also helps to reach out to others for assistance.
6. Choose excellence over perfection. Perfection doesn’t exist.
7. Do. Not. Delay.
8. Recognised and avoid active procrastination and task jumping.
9. Break big decisions into small active steps.
10. Ignore society, ignore the past.
11. Ignore not deciding.
12. Ignore what other people think of you.
13. There are no bad decisions because you always learn when you act.
14. Dodge the paradox of choice, adopt a growth mindset / remove permanence.
