If you’re often Depressed, open this:
1. Things you should NEVER apologize for:
1. How you feel
2. Depression/Anxiety
3. Needing/asking for help
4. Being sensitive/emotional
2. You're allowed to feel messed up sometimes.
It doesn't mean you're defective - it means you're human.
3. Your anxiety is lying to you.
Stop thinking about everything so much. you're breaking your own heart.
4. Give yourself another chance.
Your past experiences do not determine your future.
5. Remember that, comparing yourself to others is one of the root causes for feelings of unhappiness and depression.
6. To avoid depression:
1. Get enough sleep
2. Eat fewer carbs
3. Get more sunlight
4. Excercise daily
7. Forgive yourself for your faults and mistakes and move on.
8. Stop putting it off! Procrastination breeds guilt, guilt breeds depression, and depression breeds failure.
9. I know you are fighting a silent battle, Stay strong, You'll win.
