In under 50 years we went from the image on the left to the one on the right. What happened to our humanity? Why do they treat us like chattel? How did pleasure become torture?
The World used to be a place of adventure. Travel was something you looked forward to. Now these corporations treat us like slaves as they spout their initiatives on ESG!
This is what they took from us!
It used to be every other red blooded male's dream to be a pilot. Now they're almost considered blue collar workers!
You used to have real meals that were included. Now you need to use your credit card to pay for that Sprite!
We went from a luxurious throne to an insane asylum!
People met life long friends on journeys across the Atlantic. Now you're squished between two guys with BMI's over 40 that you awkwardly ignore!
Stewardesses became flight attendants. Marvelous maidens became wicked wardens! Look how far we've fallen!
Even Gen X easily remembers scenes from the left. We now have the misfortune of dealing with loony LARPers
Does Delta, United, or AA have anything like this? The Concorde was retired almost 20 years ago. Our civilization has regressed!
Even in the 80's the service was tremendously better than it has been at any point since 9-11!
In fact even Millennials can remember when flying was like this! I feel so bad for the Zoomers that can only picture a plane that's packed with sardines!
It's incredible how much worse things got between 2000-2015 when it just comes to the seating! These seats are literally less comfortable than church pews!
Within 30 some years we went from the left to the right. Meanwhile people's waists are a dozen sizes larger. Like why on earth did you have to get rid of the comfy cushions, it's not like they cost anything?!!!
