The importance of a truly incredible product/service cannot be underestimated.
Word of mouth moves 1000x faster than ever before.
The inverse is also true.
If you have a mediocre product you have a short period of time before word gets around and your credibility is gone.
If your clients leave you with their energy down then you’re business will forever be battling churn.
If you leave people just satisfied then you’ve wasted your energy.
There is literally ZERO benefit to your business in just satisfying customers.
You MUST leave people wanting more.
Clients should never want to leave.
You should always be asking:

β€’ What would you want if you were customer?
Then the key?
Let them know 75% of what you’re going to deliver.
