One of the most overlooked factors in sun exposure is…sun exposure. You don’t just load 405 on the bar without building up the strength and warming up first. You have to change your lifestyle, can’t be a fluorescent bugman and go to Cancun tomorrow and expect not to burn.
Build up exposure incrementally and seasonally to build tolerance. Make sure you get MORNING sun high in infrared light. Stop stripping your body of its naturally protecting oils by showering with harsh soaps.
If you don’t or can’t do these things, you’ll have to moderate how much sun you get. Coconut oil is a great natural sunscreen which keeps the skin well hydrated. Wear a hat or cover up.
There is always such a thing as TOO MUCH of anything and the sun is no different. Too much sun can destroy a plant, but if it maintains appropriate water and mineral levels, that threshold will be much higher. Apply this to everything.
