Leaving aside the observations made today, why is @NupurSharmaBJP not entitled to clubbing of FIRs as a matter of right. Will there be multiple charge sheets, trials and punishment for the same statement? What's the implication for the rest of us?
@NupurSharmaBJP The "red carpet" comments suggests the SC was possibly of the view that clubbing everything to Delhi leaves the accused in an unfairly beneficial position. Then alternatively it could have been clubbed to one of the unfriendly states.
They also appear to be seeing that the correct remedy for her is to go to each HC separately and obtain an independent judgement in line with TT Antony on the ground that Delhi Police moved first.
