So many folks out there BURN CASH cuz they are not taking advantage of client referrals.
Here’s how to fix it:
MAKE SURE YOU ASK.
So you signed a new client. Congrats!
The onboarding is done. They are happy.
BUT
You lost $$$ already. How?
Ask them for a referral right away. Your client is happy about signing up with you.
Can you imagine a better time to get a reference?
Next:
GET THEM QUICK WINS
Then ask if they can refer you to someone in their network.
You’d be surprised about how often it turns to new connections and business opportunities.
AND
You’ll close new leads easily.
Human is a social animal, remember?
New prospects will be set at ease just cuz their pal recommended you.

DELIVER RESULTS CONSISTENTLY
You won’t believe it. But.
If you deliver your clients what you promised - they will be happy.
Moreover - they’ll be happy to provide a great case study.
Just ask.
It’s that simple.

Clients churn not just because they’re not happy.
It also happens cuz the priorities shifted / they quit.
