One of my client's revenue has grown month on month for the last 12 months straight.
The secret? Well, there are 5 of them:
1) One funnel/focus
The best way to experience consistent revenue is to have inconsistent offers.
To scale consistently we need to relentlessly focus on one product and one funnel for at least 6 months.
Launching new offers every week kills momentum.
2) Paid traffic to a cold audience
If you're relying purely on organic traffic then you aren’t in control of your business. You are at the mercy of the algorithm.
The only way to consistently scale is to be able to get in front of new eyeballs every single day. The only way to do this is with paid ads.
3) Evergrene funnel - no launches
Launched are cool but what typically happens is you launch, make a load of cash, and then for the next few months your income drops down to break even level.
Long-term growth comes from creating a sales process where you can onboard new customers every single day.
4) Always creating new hooks/angles
Most people find a winning angle and then feel like their job is done.
If you want to maximize sales you need to test different hooks that resonate with various sections of your audience.
5) Split testing
This is a full-time job.
It kills me that people launch a funnel and think it’s just about getting more traffic.
Launching is the start of the race.
The best marketers and coaches spoilt test everything from ad hooks, subject lines, images, pricing, and checkout page structure until it’s fully optimized.
