In August 2021, CBI got permission from Calcutta High Court to form a SIT & investigate the post poll violence in West Bengal. This decision did not go well with Mamata Banerjee as she kept on denying any post poll violence in Bengal.

In Sept 2021, Mamata Banerjee govt challenged Calcutta High Court's in Supreme Court against the order to allow CBI investigation in post poll violence in Bengal. It was rejected & CBI was allowed to continue its investigation in the matter.
On 5th Oct 2021, CBI submitted first progress report about the post poll violence to Calcutta High Court. It clearly means the Court has access a prima facie in the post poll violence & asked CBI to investigate the matter further.
CBI went after all those who were accused in post poll violence including TMC leader in Birbhum District. One after another they were trying to find the culprits who were now hiding or were absconding.
CBI even announced rewards for information on those who were absconding. They went hard against those involved. There were arrest after arrest in several districts in various cases. Mamata Govt was now just a lame duck in this investigation.
CBI clearly stated recently that TMC leader from Birbhum District not only ordered the massacre but he also monitored. All these are very serious allegations on any political parties & most of which were heinous crimes.

In many cases, CBI succeeded in arresting the accused. Many BJP workers lost their life due to political rivalries in the districts. State law & order had clearly collapsed in the post poll scenario & now the facts are surfacing.
CBI also succeeded in granting police protection to 303 victims of the post poll violence. Calcutta High Court granted police protection. On hand CBI going hard against the accused & on the other hand CBI protecting BJP workers who were attacked during the post poll violence.
In May 2022, CBI has submitted fresh status reports which says they have arrested 224 accused and they have filed 26 charge sheets.
224 is a huge number but there are rumours spread by TMC that CBI might have arrested more than 700 accused. TMC is clearly rattled

Till now we have discussed how CBI was investigating in the post poll violence, now lets look at other Central agencies including CBI investigation in the scams of TMC government in Bengal.

TMC leader Saokat Molla has been questioned by CBI in Coal pilferage scam. He has been accused of smuggling coal from Asansol & supplying to various parts of West Bengal. Many TMC leaders are believed to be involved in this scam.
Mamata Banerjee's daughter in law, Abhishek Banerjee's wife Rujira Banerjee has been summoned & questioned by CBI in the Coal scam.

CBI arrested TMC Minister Firhad Hakim in Narada Scam. One more minister Subrata Mukherjee & MLA Madan Mitra have been named by CBI in its chargesheet filed before the Special Court in the Narada Case matter.
CBI has interrogated TMC Minister Ranjan Bhunia in Ponzi Scam. Recently CBI has arrested 8 accused from Kolkata & 6 accused from Nasik regarding the same Ponzi scam. They were all operating NGO which was used to divert huge funds.
Frustrated TMC is now protesting outside CBI office to arrest BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari for involvement in Ponzi scam connection. Sadly they are not able to influence CBI's investigation.
Recently another scam has surfaced in West Bengal 'Recruitment Scam' whr once again Calcutta High Court has ordered CBI to form special investigation team to investigate the matter

One after another investigation by CBI, ED, Income Tax has left Mamata Banerjee fuming & now frustrated TMC is giving a Jihad call against BJP. When all the matters are subjudice in Calcutta High Court, her protests will be seen as interference in legal matters.
I will conclude my thread by thanking @HMOIndia for investigations in post poll violence. BJP will take this matter to logical conclusion in a legal way where charges will be irrefutable
