"Is Porn Bad For You?"
"Is it really that different for your testosterone levels than sex?"
These are common questions I've received, so today I'm going to address them with 4 key points.
Thread πŸ‘‡
Porn Vs Actual Sex: What's The Difference For Your Hormones?
➑Studies show that in the immediate short-term, porn increases T by 10%, whilst sex does so by 70%.
➑Long-term however, porn seriously messes up your brain and INDIRECTLY messes up your T.
Here's how...
1) It Makes You Lazier
(Than you otherwise would be...sex will never do this on a long-term basis).
Guys who watch porn every day tend to be the same guys that:
- Regularly skip the gym
- Eat far too impulsively (junk food, takeouts)
- Spend too much time sat down, indoors
All of these are LOW T BEHAVIOURS, that arise from having f***ed up dopamine levels from unnatural stimulation.
In order to start turning this around, my suggestions would be to delete your browser history & get active outdoors far more.
Next up:
2) It Makes You Less Disciplined With Your Diet
I talk a lot about getting your testosterone to 800-1200 without using TRT.
What's the most powerful way to do this?
DIET.
And guys with screwed up dopamine signalling tend to:
A) Crave sugar a lot
B) Cave into said cravings
By the way, if you are looking to raise your testosterone the natural way (and you know that porn is holding you back), check out the eBook designed to do just that for you:

3) Porn Ruins Your Relationships
Statistically speaking:
It decreases your own level of sexual dominance (and attractiveness), which serves to decrease the total amount of sex you have.
Meaning:
➑A lifestyle of tiny 10% spikes in T (& long-term drops), without the 70% spikes
4) It Often Causes Erectile Dysfunction
This ties in closely to the point above, in the sense that you're missing out on those 70% spikes if your d*** doesn't work.
In summary?
Porn is always going to be a NET NEGATIVE for testosterone.
Why?
The 10% spikes are extremely short-lived, and come with a long-term cost.
A substantial one at that.
The 70% spikes you get from sex not only are 7x more powerful, but they don't come with the same dopamine malfunction in the brain, and therefore the long-term cost.
Now, if you'd like to:
A) Get to High T
B) Do it without injecting yourself
C) Optimise your diet, sleep, lifestyle etc.
The I have a free guide for you right below that shows you 7 ways to achieve this.
I think you'll enjoy it:
