A basic hack to improve your emotional stability is to visualize the annoyances & grievances you’ll inevitably face during the day and mentally forgive them in advance.
This rewires your mind not to react rashly to situations, but to respond calmly to them...
Prepare your spirit to face the daily entropy & conflict that arise in human relations with resolute equanimity.
This takes away the surprise factor, thereby lessening their effects on you.
One way to do this is to fortify yourself with the understanding that anything anyone says about you is only a projection of their own perceptions.
The choice to accept or dismiss it always yours to make.
The feeling of being ‘offended’ is often an indicator of unintegrated fragments of your own persona.
Take it as invitation from your spirit-guides to do some self-introspection.
Maintaining autonomy over your emotions is a great responsibility that requires you to live with intense presence.
This is why most people would rather find something or someone to blame for their anger, sadness, loneliness, insecurities etc...
