I made $0 online in 2020.
2 years later:
• 120M+ impressions
• $140K in online income
Here’s my 6-step strategy to start your own business:
1. Find your Niche
Choose a skill or community you’re passionate about.
You don’t need to be an expert.
The only skill you need is self-education.
2. Learn from Others
Seek inspiration from people who has achieved success in your niche.
Copy strategies from people who are 2 steps ahead of you.
Always have a beginner mindset, and never stop learning.
3. Build an Online Audience
Choose one platform and publish content daily without fail.
Try different topics in your niche, then create a weekly schedule for the best-perfoming topics.
Lastly, engage with as many people big or small in your niche.
4. Grow your Email List
Find your approach to provide more value for your audience.
This is often long form content like a newsletter but a free lead magnet works too.
The goal is to build trust, credibility, and authenticity.
5. Identify a Pain Point
What is the biggest question from your audience?
Ask them directly or look back at your comments and DMs.
Find one problem. Solve one problem.
6. Sell Digital Products
• Ebooks
• Templates
• Swipe Files
• Memberships
• Curated Resources
• Roadmaps & Checklists
Build your MVP to solve that one problem.
