2) Shortage of 3.8 Million Homes across USA, worsened in 2019
= hard for most people to buy = increased demand for rentals.

= hard for most people to buy = increased demand for rentals.
Note, that since real estate is sensitive to micro markets, the key to me is in identifying the areas with bigger supply shortages and net migration.
