This 1 simple technique takes only 5 minutes to do, but will 10x your memory:
Memory is something a lot of us struggle with.
Fortunately, there's a simple technique that you can do any time, anywhere to dramatically improve your memory.
It's called retrieval.
Retrieval is spending a few minutes going through the events of the day.
It's that simple!
You can do it on your commute to work, walking your dog, or the final minutes before you sleep.
All you do is remember:
-Sights
-Sounds
-Numbers
-Faces
A couple examples could be:
-What you had for breakfast
-A conversation you had with someone
-A couple prices in front of a store
It is difficult at first, but with repeated practice, you will improve drastically.
If you constantly stretch your mind to remember things, you will naturally become more attentive.
Your mind does what you ask of it.
