7 Steps To Boosting Your Confidence By Over 93%:
Confidence is a necessity.
Without confidence, you will not believe in yourself and you will not fully commit to anything you do.
And if you do not fully commit, you will not succeed.
If you want success, follow these 7 steps to boosting your confidence by over 93%:
1. Destroy your limiting beliefs
We all start out with limiting beliefs on how much money we can earn, where we can live, what we can do.
They are holding you back even if you donโ€™t know they exist
Destroy them.
2. Limit comparison
Comparison is great to see if what youโ€™re doing is working.
But do not let your relative positioning to your competition dictate your self-worth.
Limit your comparison to your actions, not your worth.
3. Correct yourself
You will often catch yourself saying something like โ€œIโ€™m not good at thatโ€
Stop it.
Correct yourself as soon as you catch yourself, say โ€œI need to practice thatโ€.
Itโ€™s your choice, you can either put down your confidence or build it up.
4. Remove toxicity
From self deprecating humour to straight up negativity, remove it all.
You have no time or need to deal with any of it, you are here to dominate, remove those who try to stop you.
5. Be conscious of your body
A confident person does not walk with their head down or shoulders slumped.
Walk straight, shoulders back and head high.
Changing your body positioning is the easiest way to boost your confidence
6. Hit the gym
Build your body, get strong.
Iโ€™m a heck of a lot more confident knowing that I can lift 130kg/287lbs above my head.
Itโ€™s hard not to be confident when you get strong.
7. Control your ego
Understand that people will have opposing opinions - that's good, that's how we make progress in this world.
But realise these opinions do not harm you, they are not attacking you.
Control your ego and do not let an opinion hurt you.
If you want to build your confidence, being disciplined will help.
