8 signs your mental health is worsening:
1. Sleep and Appetite changes
According to Harvard Health, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD are all linked to giving people sleeping/appetite problems.
Sleeping too little/too much? It's a problem.
Eating too little/too much? It's a problem.
Don't ignore it.
2. Mood swings
Does your mood keep swinging like a pendulum?
Well it's not to be taken lightly.
Possible mental health illnesses associated with mood changes are depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and Alzheimer’s.
3. Avoiding people or responsibilities
If you perpetually run away from people and from your responsibility
Your mental health needs rechecking.
It shows that you feel broken, misunderstood, and have lost all pleasure in activities and being with people.
4. Excessive worrying, fear, or nervousness
While all of those things under a limit is natural and even beneficial
If done in access it is a clear sign that something is very wrong with your mental state for obvious reasons.
5. Difficulty perceiving reality
Having trouble telling what’s real from fantasy which includes symptoms like having hallucinations, delusions, or thought disorders
Is another sign that your mental condition is worsening.
6. Excessive ussage
Doesn't matter what it is
Food
Movies
P*rn
Social media
Cigarettes
Drugs/Alcohol
Sleep
Entertainment
Even a person
If you feel like you can't live without "xyz"
You're screwed.
7. Multiple physical ailments
Mental illness can cause physical symptoms like headaches, migraines, stomach problems, chest pains, palpitations, sleeping issues, fatigue, pain, muscle tension, and sorenes.
If it keeps happening without any obvious causes, it's again a sign.
8. Thinking of suicide
Perhaps the biggest sign that something's off with you.
If things have gotten this bad you are now contemplating whether to stay alive
