Do not take credit for implementing a radical change.
Do not want to be known as the source of influence.
Intelligent men instinctively know that the spotlight shined on them will have consequences.
Lesser men see the spotlight as an ego boost.
Donโ€™t be fooled.
Better to play the victim when youโ€™re instrumental in implementing a widespread change of any sort.
Be part of the people affected by the change.
Blame it on external factors.
Never announce that youโ€™re the author of such decisions.
Good or bad.
Applies to all contexts.
All kinds of radical changes & decisions that affect an entire entity/business or society,
will upset a portion of the people.
Could be large or small.
But the source of hate will have the same magnitude.
Motivation driven by negative emotions are far more powerful.
Youโ€™ll inevitably become a target.
Always pretend external forces dictates your decisions,
and you,
just like the rest of the people,
end up as beneficiaries,
or collateral damage.
