Your morning sets you up to win the day.
10 things you should do every day before 10 am:
1. Top priorities
Write down your top three tasks for the day and when youโ€™re going to do them.
Don't let the events of the day decide what you're going to do.
Decide for yourself before the day begins.
2. Read
Reading can be meditation.
Mindfulness is the art of doing what you're doing at any given moment with presence.
Being fully engaged on a multi-sensory level is mindfulness meditation.
Some struggle to read and meditate on the same day.
Do both at the same time.
3. Make your bed
Donโ€™t underestimate the little things.
Not snoozing (see no,5) and making your bed are two simple ways to start the morning winning.
Walking to a room with a bed made gives you a sense of comfort and accomplishment.
4. Light
As soon as possible get into the sun.
Daylight helps you naturally wake up.
This can be done easily on your morning walk (see no. 10)
5. Get rid of the snooze
This is something I had to learn the hard way.
I hit snooze a lot until one day I moved the alarm across the room.
Getting out of bed and walking 15 steps to turn off the alarm made sure I was up for good.
6. The night before
To have a good morning, you must have a good evening.
When you plan the night before you wake up with motivation and drive.
A little preparation can make the morning relaxed and enjoyable.
7. Avoid your phone
Your phone is a time waster.
Avoid it for as long as possible.

Or listen to music
On your phone before 10a.
This will prevent you from being sucked into doom scrolling.
8. Eat the ๐Ÿธ
Do your toughest task first.
When you complete your hardest ask before 10a, it makes the rest of the day feel like a breeze.
9. Write what youโ€™re grateful for
Chose to be grateful every day.
Making a list (even a short one) of the things youโ€™re grateful for will help you see the good on even your worst days.
10. Go For a Walk
Morning walk >> Moring workout
Letโ€™s be honest a workout won't happen every morning.
Remember your goal is consistency.

Walk every day and work out on the days you can.

Start your day off right.
The afternoon and evening are hard to control, but the morning is yours.
