Why?
Remember, it will take you 15-30 minutes to enter the flow state, so you're working long enough to enter the flow state
But your focus starts to drop after 120 minutes, so you're stopping before you start wasting time and energy

Before you get too excited, you cant listen to anything with words
You're designed to focus on words, meaning you will break focus from the task and listen to the song
Instead, listen to instrumental music, the likes of binaural beats or Hans Zimmer (goated)

After each work block, reward yourself with something you enjoy
Rewarding yourself by doing something fun after hard work manipulates the dopamine in your brain to associate the work with feeling good
Meaning the work will be much easier next time you do it.
