The exclusion of white males in upper middle class life is becoming insane and genuinely racist. I know a bank whose legal team's hiring policy is "no non-blacks". Another large firm told a relative of mine to give all promotions this year to blacks only.

Several people on the admissions committee I sat on said they purposely gave whites, esp. white men, lower scores. White guys who scored 75th percentile + in testing and gpa that couldn't get into a single law or med school. All explicitly premised on racial animus against whites

The actual extent of this stuff is hard for whites to grasp, partially out of naivete and partially because they are not privy to these conversations. And most minorities don't want to speak up because it's a career death sentence, even though many disagree with these policies

Addendum: I’m not revealing my sources because I’d be doxed in 2 seconds. Also I’m not white. I just think it’s bad to hate white people and to be racist toward them and it’s good to hire smart likeable people for jobs
