Organic Research does wonders. Since my customers will be coming from google, I like to use networks like google shopping in order to find my top competitors.

Create a Performance Max Campaign
Go to assets --> Add an Audience Signal --> new audience --> custom segments --> new custom segments --> People who browse types of websites, Then enter the URLs, name your audience & save.
