9 Vital Habits To Help You Stop Procrastination Ruining Your Future:
Practice who you want to be.
May sound obvious, but you'd be surprised how many think one day's change will last forever.
Sorry to say, its the daily habits that add up.
If you're struggling read this:
1. Become A Hard Worker:
Hard work doesn't magically happen.
Understand: Good things don't come easy.
You have to put in the practice and practice the effort to make it a natural reflex in your mind.
2. Choose Inner Growth:
Growth comes from the ability to transition from what is known, to what perceived possible.
Some of the best moments in my life,
Is when I've challenged the status quo of my own existence, simply by overcoming a fear.
Build up the knowledge to do so.
3. Manage Doubt:
Doubts don't go away, we have them today.
I used to think, if you get good grades and do as I'm told everything will go according to the "Master plan".
Truth is, people have no plans for you.
Fight for your own.
4. Swallow Failure:
Deal with them one by one,
They are an inevitable part of following the path less taken.
Indeed, even the successes you have lead to more chances you'll take.
Don't let stumbles define you.
Everybody falls, not all can get up.
5. Cherish Mistakes:
We all have long lives retrospectively.
What ever mistakes made 1 or 10 years ago
Who CARES?
Big mistakes can take years to rectify, so choose wisely but not every fault is the end of the world.
Think about life as a long learning curve.
6. Know Who You Are:
Knowing yourself unconditionally is a concept most will never comprehend.
Push beyond other people's label of you.
We do it to each other every time
At a glance. In passing.
Of course, even on social media.
Identify who you are before they can.
7. Get Up The Time Everyday:
Some days worry consumes us.
It's why many are hit the snooze button or are late to work or use some kind of substance. This escapism won't effect your narrative.
Getting up early will even if it's 0.1% better today than it was yesterday.
8. Keep Reading & Writing:
I'm not talking about memoirs or novels.
I mean, make these attributes one of your greatest strengths.
No. 1 way to become a great communicator.
*Love Reading*
To broaden language
To de-stress
*Love Writing*
To express thoughts
To connect more
9. Be Articulate:
Eye-contact tells you if a person is confident.
Being able to stand up tale, look you straight in the eye with a welcoming smile, disarms people faster than angry ever could.
"This is me, it's a pleasure to meet you.
Mentorships help breeds this quiet calm.
