My friend said "Fahrenheit is how people feel. Celcius is how water feels. Kelvin is how the molecules feel." and I can't stop thinking about how much sense this makes
It's never been explained in a way that was so perfect for me before
Sometimes I just take credit for the things my friends say (don't worry they all know) and post them on twitter but I felt i had to be clear I was not smart enough to come up with this on my own
Listen you can be as grumpy as you want about "celsius making sense to you cause you grew up in a scandanavian ice commune" or whatever but unless you're a Themperor I'm sorry but this is the law of the land now
I'm muting this thread and saying this once:
Fahrenheit being "how people feel" is not about it being "natural" it's about how it was measured and what it was based on. I'd really think more of you would know this instead of taking personal offense.
