It is a time zone from 08:30 AM-11:00 AM of New York local time(UTC-5)
Why we choose this session?
Because there is a release of news events, equity openings
we've to trade after 8:30 after the news come out

➡What are we looking in price?
prior to 08:30, look for potential key highs and lows, these must be important and obvious
NOTE:
For a BULLISH MS SHIFT, an old low needs to be swept
For a BEARISH MS SHIFT, an old high needs to be swept

if there is no fvg, there is no trade
if we got the fvg, then that is trigger for the trade
enter the trade with stops above recent high
