• Practice Gratitude :
When you are thankful for the things that you have in your life rather than crying about the things you do not have.
You start seeing life through a whole new perspective.
Writing down grateful thoughts is a great way to boost your optimism.
• Stop Negative Self- Talk :
If you keep thinking you are a loser. No doubt you will become one.
Whenever you start having negative thoughts take a pause and actively change those thoughts.
For each negative thing you say about yourself say 5 great things about yourself.
• Practice Positive Self-Talk:
You have to be aware about your negative thoughts but its equally important to intentionally practice positive self-talk.
Say positive things about yourself, not only when you feel down but regularly.
Tell yourself you are the best.
• Stay away from negative people :
You know your friend who always has a negative approach to everything.
Who has the superpower of turning a celebration into a mourning.

Stay away from such people.
• Build a purpose
Having a vision, a sense of purpose in life and a relentless effort to fulfill it will keep you miles away from negativity.
When you have a purpose in your life you are filled with optimism & positivity.
