The Quit India movement did next to nothing. I donโt care what you think about this.
The British Cabinet Papers about this have not been released. Precious little about the Congress has ever been released. Something is hiding.
This is what I think it is, that Gandhi and Nehru were British plants to allow for a peaceful departure of the British from India. They also did this in other countries.
Look at the freedom struggles of other countries in the Empire. ๐ฐ๐ช ๐ณ๐ฌ ๐ฟ๐ผ ๐บ๐ฌ. Now see how ๐ฒ๐พ and ๐ธ๐ฉ got independence. Every leader who was a major threat was assassinated or sent to jail to do hard labour. Every political group was banned. Was the INC ever banned?
