If you truly want to live a happy (and free) life, read this:
Your happiness and how free you are depends on:
- How honest you are
- How much you take care of yourself
In this thread, you’ll learn how to fast-track your way to happiness & freedom:
1/ Say what you feel
If you feel a certain way about something, speak it out.
- Don’t suppress your feelings
- Be honest about how you feel
- Don’t let people take advantage of you
Saying what you feel will also build confidence in yourself.
2/ Don’t give up
If you have a dream, don’t give up on it.
You’ll face uncertainty, hard times, and confusion.
But you won’t lose if you don’t quit.
3/ Say “no”
Don’t let other people pressure you into doing something you don’t want to do.
Saying “no” is a sentence.
You’re allowed to say it.
You are your most important priority, so don’t be afraid to say no.
4/ Learn to let go
Learn to let go, whatever it may be.
Don’t hold onto:
- Past mistakes
- Things you “would” change
- Things you “should” have done
Learn from the past, but let it go.
The past is the past for a reason.
5/ Be your biggest fan
Whatever you want in life, believe YOU can get it.
Nobody else should believe more in you than yourself.
If you can master this, you’ll master your life.
6/ Trust your instinct
Remember, be your biggest fan.
That also means you should trust your instinct.
Your instinct is your immediate understanding of something.
No need to think it over, you just know.
This is a superpower.
7/ Don’t be a people pleaser
Only focus on the action right now that will make you happy.
Life is an elegant dance of giving and taking.
Give too much, you’ll end up with nothing.
Give nothing, you’ll be unhappy.
Find the middle ground.
8/ If it feels wrong, don’t do it
If it feels right, do it.
If it feels wrong, don’t do it.
Don't let evil forces conquer your morals and ethics.
Stick to what you believe is the right thing and don’t compromise your integrity.
