Canadians pay half their income in taxes, wait 2 years to see a specialist, and bleed for 18 hours in an ER next to a dozen addicts looking for free drugs, and then rave about how awesome it is that they have "free healthcare".
A relative has been on a waiting list for three years to see a back specialist. If he was in a destitute warzone, some doctor would have managed to find a way to see him 3 years ago. Only socialist regimes can deliver this criminal callousness.
Most countries have insane statist medical systems, but they also have the option for private care, so the desperate can get attention when they need it by sacrificing less important spending. That's criminalized in Canada. Your doctor could go to jail for getting paid to see you
My father is a surgeon who's worked for decades in some destitute & devastated places all around the world. He's never seen a place where the sick are made to wait like in Canada. He can't believe doctors have been brainwashed into accepting this truly criminal system.
To be fair to the Canadian health care system, it is at least very efficient and quick in providing people the euthanasia they didn't ask for

I always thought Canadian veterinary hospitals look nicer & cleaner than human hospitals because they're private. This article from 2008 makes it clear they're also better, faster & more efficient. The gap has clearly grown a lot since then, too

Since anyone can identify as anything in Canada these days & the country has dozens of genders, surely humans can identify as pets & doctors can identify as vets so they can have a real market in health care like dignified Canadian animals?
