90% of the people lose many opportunities.
It's always:
- I'm unlucky
- I'm a failure
- Help me
A dreadful approach.
Here are 9 little-known & easy-to-follow ways, I'm using to win & increase my luck:
🧵
1. Believe that you're lucky:
Believing that you are lucky makes you more likely to be receptive to the opportunities around you.
Try:
• Affirmations
• Personal mantras
• Acronyms
Buddha said:
"What we think we become".
Start thinking you're luckier.
Make a daily habit of always saying:
"I'm lucky, I am ____(whatever is you)"
"I'm lucky, I have a ____ (whatever you have)"
Trust me, this will change the way you look at your life.
2. Be clear about your goals:
Keep your goals at the top of your priority list.
Write them down in a notebook.
Say them out loud & review them timely.
Visualize them when you have time.
And another most important thing:
Have a proper "Action Plan."
3. Use the law of attraction:
This law is universal and overrules all other laws.
If you show the universe that you want something––whatever (old or new).
The universe will automatically react and bring you that thing.
There is no power greater than this power.
4. Stay energized:
Work in right direction with full vigor.
Don't waste your time.
Eliminate unnecessary activities & habits.
Do work for which you get satisfaction.
Do not care about others' opinions.
And quietly pursue your goals and do what you love to do.
5. Create a healthy mind & body:
Take fitness very seriously.
A healthy body has a healthy mind.
Take out time for a workout.
Exercise will do wonders for you.
"Take care of your body it's the only place you have to live."
—Jim Rohn
6. Focus & prioritize:
Whenever you yes to anyone without looking into your priorities––you disrespect yourself.
Learn to say no.
Learn to delegate.
Work only on goals that give your deep satisfaction.
Avoid stuff that doesn't align with your priorities.
7. Develop self-confidence:
Develop confidence first.
The ability to control your thoughts (confidence).
The ability to control your stress (confidence).
Confidence is power––If you believe you haven’t achieved anything in life?
Then here's one thing you can do:
Make a list of all the things––you’re proud of in your life.
Whether it’s getting a good mark on an exam or learning to surf.
Keep the list close by and add to it whenever you do something you’re proud of.
Whenever you're low in confidence, pull out the list and read it.
8. Talk to more people, go out instead of staying in:
• Look for mentors or coaches
• Join mastermind groups
• Go to meetups
• Visit conferences
• Talk to random people
Your circle of friends defines who you're.
Choose the winning circle.
9. Never stop learning:
Learn everything possible––in a positive way.
• Read books
• Read Blogs
• Attend seminars
• Listen to podcasts
Just never stop learning––that's why Albert Einstein famously said,
"When you stop learning, you start dying."
TL; DR.
1. Believe that you're lucky
2. Be clear about your goals
3. Use the Law of attraction
4. Stay energized
5. Create a healthy mind & body
6. Focus & prioritize
7. Develop self-confidence
8. Go out instead of staying in
9. Never stop learning
