So i won't have time to schizo poast that much.
I will write about health and fitness topics i enjoy writing about and that relax me.
I won't be writing any new programs or any of that sh*t.
There will be no "online growth", no "let's hop on a call".
None of it.
I will be working 17-19 hours a day for a while.
I will use this profile to:
a)find cool people and connect with the in real life
b) write about the things i find interesting health and fitness wise
and c) since surprisingly some people are very easy to work, i will be taking some clients that i will vet every month if they are interested. Very very few. The ideal number will be 1 a month.
So, from now on just check the profile every 3 days or so to see if i dropped a piece of content that might help you.
There will be no one sentence tweets probably and everything will be a medium size thread.
On the site, i will only have one program which will be my coaching program.
Everything will be taken down and be given with a few other things to the clients starting tomorrow.
