Multimillion dollar Sales lesson learned from a 8year old girl who stands in front of a supermarket in Abuja.
She as also stumbled upon the perfect application of using every factor to get people to do what she wants.
>>THREAD<<
There is this supermarket I go to shop in my estate.
Very popular supermarket so a lot of people go there to buy one thing or the other since there aren't so much supermarket in the estate.
Then suddenly I started noticing a 8year old girl who stands at the gate.
In fact the first time I gave her money, I didn't notice it was her regular thing.
So I gave her money absentmindedly and went about my day.
Then recently, I started paying attention to her.
Her words even though so simple makes you feel guilty if you don't drop loose change for her.
All she says is "please sir, I never eat today, help me or something close"
Maybe not that particular line but something similar.
Now why will most people who have loose change give?
Perfect positioning. - in front of a supermarket where most people have change after shopping. She knows she will get something
Emotional appeal - you just spent 40k shopping for your family but someone has not had anything to eat, you will feel sympathy and give!
Perfect Message - now she has a good audience with emotional appeal, all that's left for her to do is hook it up with a perfect Message.
Her "I never chop" message Infront of where people buy things for themselves and loved ones will definitely appeal to their emotional side
Sales is all about knowing your audience and giving an offer that appeals to their emotional brain which they justify with logic.
After few days of waiting to see how many people give that lady money while leaving.
Its sure her parent put her to it.
And for sure she definitely gets more money by that singular smart act than other people going around town to get or sitting by the road side to beg.
When those 3 factors align in your affiliate business, sales happen naturally.
