Change is inevitable, embrace it, be open to new ideas and see the benefits of change.

Set goals and deadlines.
Create a schedule, and stick to it.
10. Problem-solving
Be proactive, not reactive, identify the root cause, brainstorm solutions, implement the best solution, and evaluate the results.
11. Interpersonal skills
The ability to interact with others is essential in both personal and professional life.
Be a good listener, show respect, be assertive but not aggressive, and choose your words carefully.
