How to Hack your Brain for more success, happiness, and inner peace:

How we perceive our life's conditions determines our happiness and inner peace.
Many people are unconsciously sabotaging their success because of their habits and belief systems.
Below, I'll be giving some concrete examples on how you can rewire your brain for a better life.
So let's get into it:
•Identify your Limiting Beliefs
Start by writing down your general beliefs.
While writing these down, you'll come to find that many of them are your limiting factors.
Focus on areas of your life where you feel challenged.
Realize that your beliefs aren't actually reality.
•Brain Dump Journaling
Brain Dumping is a simple technique that'll help declutter your mind.
This will allow you to be calmer and more focused on what matters most.
This will help you gain clarity and increase productivity.
•Visualize Success
What is it that you want from life?
Know that you already have it within you.
Those feelings of success are already yours.
Visualize and feel what it's like to already have accomplished all your goals.
You'll be more likely to manifest them now.
•Practice Mindfulness
A simple habit to hack your brain is to stop thinking altogether.
Focus on your breath and body.
Feel what it feels like to be you.
Detach from the external world and simply focus on your inner world.
This will increase your self-awareness.
•Develop an Abundance Mindset
The most successful people don't act from a state of lack.
They know the world is abundant and full of opportunities.
That's why those who have an abundance mindset seem to grow richer,
While those who have a scarcity mindset lose their worth.
•Be Grateful
Focus on what you have.
Rather than what you don't have.
Life in itself is something to be grateful for.
Not to mention running water, food, and shelter.
Focus on the little things that make your life special.
•Remove yourself from Negativity
We all have people in our lives that mentally drain us.
Instead of fighting their negativity, remove yourself entirely from situations that lower your energy.
This will allow your mind to remain in a positive, happy state.
•Eat a diet rich in Omega-3s
Proper levels of Omega-3 Fatty Acids support proper blood flow to the brain.
Proper blood flow supports memory and cognitive function.
Eat foods that are high in Omega-3s such as salmon or supplement with fish oils.
•Watch your Mind
It's easy to get stuck thinking about the past or the future.
A trick to end this constant stream of endless thoughts is to watch your mind.
Consciously watch and observe the thoughts in your head.
You'll gain mental clarity from this.
•Detox your Dopamine
We are far too overstimulated.
Between social media, endless technology, and processed foods,
Our dopamine levels have been depleted.
Regularly detoxing your dopamine will allow you to enjoy the little things more and will increase your happiness.
