These top gainers are usually tokens that have been doing well for a while but are undiscovered ๐คซ
If you want to realize cool gains
Research the tokens on the top gainers list and look for bullish news. E.g. a staking reward day or a listing on a CEX

Total value locked means money locked in a protocol
So when you know where the money is going you know what youโre supposed to buy

By the time you find it the projectโs price action would have taken a hit
