Sensory memory stores information momentarily before it's registered and interpreted
At this stage, focus need to be at its prime.
You improve your focus/ attention by;

b). Make your body comfortable
• Have enough sleep
• Eat right ( brain's food)
• Eat what feels okay at the moment
• Set timer and schedule in breaks ( 10 mins break)
c). Clear your mind.
• Manage your emotions
• Be in the moment
• Still your mind.
2. Working memory -> long term memory
Short term (working) memory lasts about 10-15s.
